In the ground-floor bedroom, the washer and dryer could be 
returned to its original location in the basement, on the 
back wall beneath the same room. 

The upstairs double bedroom could be quickly converted into 
two bedrooms by closing off the French doors and simply 
installing a curtain rod on both sides of the rooms. The 
door leading to the bedroom from the hallway becomes 
accessible again very quickly by removing the two shelves 
located in the bedroom in front of that door.
